Implementing preventive/annual maintenance of various control systems, test procedures according to working standards, and check/ evaluate its performance during Maintenance.Directly supervise pumping station troubles causing outages, identify and troubleshoot root cause affecting the systems and recommend solutions to avoid recurrence.Give input to Maintenance Manager on proposed control improvements, operational problems, requisition of spare parts, and other technical information for the Pumping Stations to achieve overall goals and objectives.Maintenance of all types of field instruments & troubleshooting in Pumping Stations.Calibration & Commissioning of field instruments like Pressure, flow, level & temperature switches & transmitters.Rotating Equipment Safeguard protection system Vibration Probe, Vibration sensor and Proxy.To maintain the record of the instruments calibrated and check the quality documentation.Supervise in the performance tests of various controls and other devices to ensure operational reliability during unit start-up in preparation.
