• Supervise, inspect & approve construction of Butinah central building & Jetty at Butinah Island for installation of precast raft foundations, wall panels, tie beams, hollow core tensioned slabs along with connection details, from plan to finish (architectural).• Construction of artificial island’s with port – supervise, inspect & approve installation of quay wall placing, levelling & sand profiling, underlayer placement, early civil works, pile installation & testing, pontoon system, structural access bridge, manhole & GRE connections at artificial islands. • Involve, review & organize quality control meeting with contractor QA/QC and construction to ensure operations are carried out in accordance with approved design, construction, specifications and quality documents (QCP, ITP) / procedures (MES).• Coordinates the development of engineering deliverable list between engineering, construction, quality control, documentation & expedite / review submissions from contractor to meet project deadlines.• Initiating daily / weekly meeting with contractor to monitor actual progress thereby finding areas of difficulty and minuting it.• Follow-up with contractor for logistic plan & material delivery as per tide chard & expedite the work as planned.• Review / follow up with As-builts, handover documents & spare’s.• Inspection & approval of project incoming materials.

• Inspection & approval of precast yards, concrete batching plants, lab trails mixes, fabricated materials & repair materials.• Material inspection & approval within onshore factories as per Company requirement prior to offshore shipment.• Ensure contractor & sub-contractor’s compliance with project requirement such as-project drawings, specifications, MES, MAR, HSE requirements & issuing observation (OBS), non-conformity reports (NCR), corrective action required (CAR) & HSE violation reports for any non-conformity / violation by contractor / sub-contractor.• Inspection & approval for per-pour (Formwork, reinforcement & embedded items), concreting, post-pour, repair, waterproofing, final & shipment for major precast & early civil works (ECW) elements used for island construction from onshore precast yards.• Conducting tests for defective casted elements by NDT or DT and approve elements within acceptance criteria.• Reporting and updating project management on daily site activity & progress.Project:HAIL & GHASHA artificial Islands construction project (2019-Ongoing)

• Identifying scope of work as per Contract, FEED, AFC drawings and specifications – reporting directly to project control manager & project manager.• Spearheading & organizing frequent meetings with subcontractors briefing scope of work allocated, reviewing progress & approving invoice for civil works.• Participating in tender review, claiming variating & re-measurement for quantities.• Working on advance drawings by taking MTO’s, AutoCAD & other 3D model software like Navisworks as provided by Client.• Verifying bill of quantities (BOQ) as per project scope & highlight variation prior to procurement of materials.• Review, procure & monitor fabrication of structural steel platforms, grating, beams, Canopy, sections & embedded permanent materials by guiding fabrication team from start to finish including coating requirements.• Ensure all permanent materials involved in project scope are ordered and delivered to site as per priority.• Issuing & reviewing multi-discipline engineering submittals which include, material approval requests (MAR), site instruction (SI), method statement (MS) & site query’s (SQ).• Coordinating & reviewing planning schedule for work breakdown.• Review pipeline alignment sheets for all civil works.Projects:• Zirku facilities capacity enhancement project – Train-5-Client-ZADCO (2018-2019).• Bab Sour Gas – BSG-1 Well Tie Ins Project-Client-ADCO (01/2018 – 07/2018).• EPC Works for New CCB and HMI upgrade-Client-ADGAS (2016-2018).• IGD-E Phase-1, Package 3 onshore pipeline & Habshan modifications-Client-GASCO (2016-2018).• EPC for BAB Habshan-1, Development Project Phase-II-Client-ADCO-(2015-2017).• EPC of Expansion of Bab gas compression project (EBGCP) Phase-2-Client-ADCO-(2014-2015).• EPC for Bab Habshan-1 Development project Phase-II, Client-ADCO (2015-2017).• With various additional support to UAE civil projects involved in CCC.

• Maintain & record all data related to Engineering, procurement, planning, field documents & site activity.• Reviewing field engineering workload as per priorities by coordinating with planning, construction, procurement and schedule tasks accordingly.• Order / fabricate all permanent materials involved in project scope as per project drawings & monitor status.• Initiating & reviewing bar bending schedule, redline mark up, As-built, field change requests, engineering sketches, drawing’s, options & solutions prior to client proposal.• Assisting in tasks such as pipeline related rigging load sketch’s HDD location & section drawings in order to get approval / access for work.• Initiating daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

• Follow-up with site activity.• Confirm delivery and site work as per drawing.• Generate daily progress report based on activity & manpower.
