•Fruit Receiving According Specifications. •Focus on Personal Hygiene of Employees. •Confirm on Writing Reports CCP & CP (HACCP Procedures). •Check the finished product (pH, Brix, viscosity, Texture, Color, odor) with quality team. •Supervision the semi finished product. •Follow up cleaning in place process (CIP). •Review of BOMS for all jam and juice items before production. •Comparing between the new product and the reference before the production. •Follow-up the pasteurization process for all the production lines. •Follow-up the sorting process of jam during the packaging.

•Reviews barcodes, and labeling processes when appropriate. •Reviews and approves product change orders and packaging process changes, including labels specifications and packaging related content. •Check the specifications of the product ( net weight, torque, vacuum checker, sterilization Of the bottles and jars. •Review the BOMS of packaging material per items
