* Primary role is to fully service the A&K branded business. A&K Sales & Marketing office located in Downers Grove, USA, which includes responding to daily queries for new bookings & planning itineraries.* Ensuring that the department’s responses to queries are timely, professional and comprehensive.* Enhancing the department’s problem-solving techniques and assisting Senior/Tour Operators with solutions for problematic issues. * Establishing and maintaining excellent professional and personal contacts with hotel key personnel and main suppliers.* Evaluating suppliers (hotels, restaurants, cruises, guides etc) to determine best options available.* Monitoring client feedback to establish if there is a need to re-evaluate suppliers.

Main Duties:* Handling the full spectrum of tours, from the biggest global series involving many destinations, to one-off leisure groups, special interest groups and incentives for corporate business. * Offering a one-stop-shop approach for all travel and tourism products through Gulliver’s Travel in Dubai or through independent tour operators all over the world. * Handled & managed all types of pharmaceutical events. Health conferences, meetings & standalone meetings.Other Duties:* Acted as a “Reservations Manager” in Best Western Dome Marina Hotel – Ain Sokhna, Egypt which was operated by Global Access as a representative to Best Western International Hotel Chain in Egypt.* In charge of both individual & group reservations through Central Reservation Office located in Cairo or through Best Western International Booking System via the official website.* Running the continuation of general assessment held by Best Western International for quality assurance & minimum standard definitions for the hotel.

In-charge of several top corporate accounts for all tourism services, incoming and outgoing. Handling domestic & international hotel reservations, car rental, program itinerary, sightseeing tours and tourism packages for groups & individuals. Handling several conferences, seminars, incentive trips in & outside Egypt and specialized in communicating & dealing with TOP VIP clients.
