Key Achievements Achieving the contract starting from pricing, negotiation, signing, delivering / returning cars to the client, and disposing the vehicles.Responsible for all contract terms and conditions, and ensuring customer's requirements are met throughout the contract duration.Leading a team of two assistance, five coordinators, two workers of maintenance, and ninety drivers.Reporting to Head of Commercial and Business Development, supervising assistance, coordinators, and drivers, monitoring the team’s performance and efficiency, establishing regulations that matches EHS and targeted KPIs.Interviewing and recruiting the drivers. Responsible for 100+ vehicles.Revising the monthly reports and issuing the invoices.Managing OBD system.Managing the fuel, and make the allocation according to each car's monthly consumption.Finding new opportunities and opening channels with new customers.Currently studying marketing diploma at the American University in Cairo, have achieved Introduction to Marketing , consumer behavior, Entrepreneurial and Innovative Marketing, and currently studying Digital and Database Marketing. And still have Service and Retail Marketing, Strategic Marketing, and last Graduation Project not accomplished yet.
