*Utilize extensive expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes to support Customer Operations across business units, employing ERP knowledge encompassing Oracle EBS (11i & R12) modules such as Order Management, Install Base, Service Contract Management, and Customer Standard.*Facilitate various tasks including customer and contact creation, resolution of customer issues, merging duplicate contracts, and managing license key operations, encompassing licensing, renewals, consolidations, and acquisition-related queries.*Analyze and process orders by comprehending data flow within the O2C cycle across ERP, Oracle, Salesforce, Install Base, and other relevant tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order processing.*Monitor and address customer-specific requirements, coordinating with IT teams to resolve backend data issues promptly, while conducting audits related to Process, Tool, and Service Request (SR) Management, and implementing necessary actions and controls.
