Order fulfillment1- Coordinate with warehouse team for the export of finished-goods orders to over 34 destinations. 2- Provide warehouse team with the customers’ orders details.3- Coordinate with Mondelez departments to ensure all orders are fulfilled as per customers’ requirements.Logistics cost control1- Monitor and track the export costs of finished goods.2- Ensure all finished goods are dispatched to the port before vessel cut-of time.3- Ensure all raw and pack materials are received without demurrage and detention.3PL management1- Review and track all 3PL expenses.2- Submit a monthly accrual of 3PL storage fees.3- Analyze 3PL performance (Cost, errors, shipping lead time).

• Communicate with customers and respond to customers’ enquires through live-chat and e-mails. • Convert customers’ issues to the required department and Follow up with the complaints. • Prepare weekly reports of customer’s complaints and enquires.
