Being at the front line of an engineering plant and dealing with all equipment maintenance , I have to Work as part of a multidisciplinary team doing the Following:-carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.-Designing and developing new control systems.-Troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems and modifying existing Working Systems which have 10 different manufacturing processes. (Rockwell PLC/Drives, Siemens S7 PLC, ABB Drives, eurotherm, honeywell)-Build and upgrade maintenance procedures and auditing to ensure improvements are sustained.-Lead the development and implementation of reliability strategies by utilizing conventional techniques such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive and Predictive maintenance (PPM) strategies-Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.-Control maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.-Revise spare parts withdrawal.-Cooperate with purchasing department for any technical issue.-Revise spare parts strategic items.-Review and modify the spare parts card (MRP) to ensure spare parts availability.-Issue purchasing request and review purchasing orders and technically approve supplier’s offers.-Revise imported spare parts orders.-Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive on SAP.-Issue contractors’ permit to work and follow up on their performance & on site activities progress ,ensuring quality & conformity to specifications.-Work with other concerned departments to develop & execute appropriate Quality Assurance (QA) practices and develop a mechanism to assess the effectiveness of QA practices.-Executing of LEAN Enterprise Projects TPM, SMED and 5S .-Participating in Six Sigma Belts Projects. -Raising-up team skills by internal technical training.
