Responsible for setting the Mortgage Finance target and following up on its achievement by the RMs under my personal supervision.▪ Distribute annual targets across the Mortgage Finance Relationship Managers at branch network and regularly monitor their performance Vs set KPIs.▪ Develop sales plans to boost the Mortgage Finance Portfolio and maximize the bank's profitability.▪ Refer business opportunities, such as co-branding▪ Monitor the Mortgage Finance Cycle and ensure smooth processing by identifying cyclebottlenecks and proposing enhancements to simplify the flow of work.▪ Communicate regularly with the Branch Network and visit the branches with theRelationship Managers to recommend the required training to the branch staff members to achieve their predetermined targets and to find further ways for increasing the penetration of the Mortgage Finance Market ▪ Analyze and improve the sales competence of the Mortgage Finance Team in terms of sales skills and commercial approach.▪ Deliver Reports on a regular basis to the management to keep them updated with the Mortgage Finance performance.

Implement and follow-up the strategies, objectives, and action plans of the branch network.▪ Monitor risk and provide advice on sophisticated credit files.▪ Monitor the successful operation of the branch.▪ Monitor the quality of service in the branch.▪ Maintain full awareness of all bank products and services.▪ Recommend policies and procedures that would better enhance the branch network.▪ Maintain synergy between Corporate & Retail.▪ Promote and maintain relationships with large Retail & corporate clients, target market segments,businessmen, trade organizations, economic entities, community leaders, and others to effectivelymarket the bank.▪ Develop new business ideas and carry out plans for business development.

Manage, plan, and coordinate business activities of retail services unit of the branch to ensure that efficient and effective services are provided to customers in all retail areas.▪ Promote and maintain relationships with large retail customers, target market segments to effectively market the bank▪ Develop new business ideas and carry out plans for business development.▪ Serve as a sophisticated point of contact for customers with inquires or complaints.▪ Contribute to branch profitability through effective retail services management and excellent serviceresponse to both current and prospective customers.▪ Represent point of contact for complex accounts. Solve unusual problems arising from customers thatrequire good judgment and on-the-spot decisions.▪ Monitor and control workflow to improve productivity. Maintain the quality, systems, and structure ofretail services.▪ Authorize and sign payments (checks, fund transfer,) Make sure that proper controls are in place.▪ Review and monitor branch expenses and charges regarding retail activities. Review internal controls regarding segregation of duties, authorization of entries, accounts’ opening, reconciliation, assignmentof work, etc..▪ Recommend new services and procedures. Plan for business unit needs in terms of volume projections,number of accounts, daily transactions and different customer statements.▪ Prepare annual budget, action plans and monthly reports for Retail unit in cooperation with the branchmanager.
