• Receiving from (LPC) reverse flow for customer “Returns *QC for pickup items to receive the intact items.• Follow up with the queue management team regarding aging items for the fast refund process to not affect our customer satisfaction. *Support in technical QC to check if the item meets customer complaints or not, and share with the concerned parties regarding the QC fail items to enhance our customer experience.• Dispatch/handover email to the team.• Receive (forward-reverse) flow in sealed packages.
