I am leading on the Regulatory and Public Policy Department at Ooredoo Tunisia, the largest global telecom operator in the market.Engaging with stakeholders from both, private and public sector in Tunisia on a wide spectrum of public policy topics in ICT industry.I am also Country Manager for a Datacenter sister company.I led on the project to carve out +2000 Towers assets to a TowerCo.I led on the 5G License bid Steering CommitteeMy career experience spans +20 years, of which 19 years in ICT industry. Before joining Ooredoo Tunisia, I had a significant international experience working for regional and/or global organizations across Africa - MENA - and Asia Pacific regions.For 4 years, I led the Public Policy stream at GSMA-the Global Mobile Telecommunication Organization- across MENA-Turkey region – 25 countries- representing the Mobile industry at regional events where I have shared stage with world class speakers and experts from main global players and organizations in ICT, promoting the mobile industry’s positive contributions to regional and national economies and influencing the region’s major policy makers and opinion leaders through in-country advocacy campaigns across the MENA-T region.Before that, I have served as Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs for Ooredoo Group in Qatar, for 3 years, providing support to Ooredoo operations in 11 countries in Africa, MENA and Asia Pacific.I have also an experience of Telecoms Network Rollout in both countries, Tunisia (Ooredoo) and Central African Republic (Telecel CAR) My previous career includes also an advisory experience at one of the big-4, leading on the Advisory in Telecommunications Regulatory stream across French speaking countries in North and West Africa.
