To contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. Working with teams across the Fund, but particularly HR and Operations and Finance, to support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement which helps the Fund achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation.• contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Fund’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.

• Receiving all monthly transactions from personnel department.• Submitting all received transactions on the SAP system and resolve the problems if found.• Extracting final payroll reports about the needed period from the system.• Classifying the final report and send it to the bank.• Communicating with the finance department to active the payroll financial register.• Preparing the analytical reports concerning all transactions and submitting the final results. • Participates in the preparation of the annual manpower planning concerned with statistical information, receiving individual manpower plans checking for inconsistencies.• Update all job description for all positions.• Follow up for the induction programs for new employees and review the training need analysis.• Preparing and arranging source of information necessary to provide the labor required of company from different sources.• Participate in conducting the needed job analysis in order to develop the needed job descriptions for new departments and jobs, updating the existing departments and jobs. • Sets the plans and procedures for recruitment and selection.• Interviewing job applicant and review applications.• Providing assistance in the employment fairs and other recruitment –related event.• Budget estimates for the employment plan for the company in coordination with relevant department and manpower planning.• Designing and organizing the documentation cycle and maintain the relevant HR files and reports.• Analyzing the monthly turnover rate, overtime and absence days. • Preparing the loyalty annual budget.• Create and implement the quarterly PMS.

• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, and helping resolve work-related problems regarding to policies and procedures. • Maintains employee records and monitors retention compliance. • Develop, review and maintain job description sheets for all new and exist employees. • Develop and maintain HR planning. • Partnering with the recruiting team on interviewing, selection and placement process. • Conduct all tests for hiring and evaluate candidates' skills. • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Collect, and analyze performance/activity metrics and prepares regular reports using appraisal methods. • Designing and implementing TNA sheets to set proper training programs. • Plan and conduct instructor training programs and conferences dealing with new classroom procedures, instructional materials and equipment, and training aids. • Select and assign instructors to conduct training. • Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts. • Develop instructional materials to be used by educators and instructors. • Serving, overseeing the execution and delivery of HR transactions. • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
