Recruitment Specialist
Current- Sourcing via SuccesFactor, LinkedIn Recruiter and reaching out to qualified candidates for multiple open roles.- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers.- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.- Create and publish job ads in various portals.- Interview candidates (In-person) or (Online) for a wide range of roles (entry, senior and executive).- Follow up with business requirements regarding the candidates throughout the hiring process.- Maintain a database (Talent Pool) of potential candidates for future job openings.- Create assessments to ensure the quality of the applicants.
