▪️I extract an Excel sheet daily from the Raspberry containing closed and invoiced POs ready for billing.▪️I select each client based on their billing schedule.* I review the POs by comparing the client's reference with the PM details for these POs on the RAS.▪️After confirming the data matches, I issue the invoice, either by uploading it to the client's portal or sending it via email.▪️I monitor the invoice collection according to the due date from the client.▪️Resolving collection discrepancies.▪️I record the payments on our system.▪️I close and review all projects quarterly, ensuring that the amounts match between the PM entries on the RAS and our system records.▪️Gathering information about customers to be aware of the contact person and the deal terms.▪️Coordinating with other departments, such as sales and operation departments.
