As a member of the Corporate Finance Team, I was responsible of global reportingstandard and the consolidation process and ensuring that procedures are inaccordance with Company processes.My responsibilities consist of i) preparation of worldwide consolidation on a quarterly basis (IFRS) and the external financial reporting such as press releases, annual reports, ii) Review and analyze financial data submitted from worldwide operating divisions, iii) Identification of actions to improve the flow of information between the head office and the worldwide reporting affiliates and provide ad hoc financial reports and information to management.Consists also to perform special projects for senior management and Control & analyze the financial performance of the worldwide operating divisions.
