Working on Integration projects for SAMA Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency the central bank of SaudiArabia that manages the communication between Governmental Entities and Banks. The projects (Watheq / Tanfeeth)uses the full IBM stack and I have been involved in different layers.

BPM Layer• Designing Human Tasks processes, Coaches, and coach views as per the provided wire frames by business team.• Front end Validation on coaches and human service level. • Implement Tasks Assignment Services and lookup population services.• Integrating with other layers writing BPMN backend integration services.• Provide Snapshots deployments for Dev, SIT and UAT managing their activity and default configuration.• Write DB2 PL SQLs., Stored procedures and triggers.• Production Operation Support beside development activities. Analysing defects logs and lifecycle through database status tables, handling the needed communication to the involved business parties, and provide the hotfix versions to be migrated if needed. ODM Layer• Worked on CRs on an existing decision services for reviewing and authorizations and developed new rules. • Handle the needed configurations on Decision Canter as per business requirements. • Support production offline deployments providing the needed artifacts to the admin team.

- Supporting nightly batches transferring different markets' retail data to ORPAS DB which is being used to forecast markets future demand and trigger the supply chain upon that.- Fix code bugs .- Manage meeting with customers and collect their requirements and concerns and support it accordingly.- Provide Second Level Support Engineers with required info to help them troubleshoot issues during runtime.- Provide simple solutions for customer's change requests.- Develop an abstract solution to facilitate markets decommissions without impacting current running markets.
