• Installing, Configuring and Administering all kinds of Windows Based OS such us Windows 2012 / Server 2008 / Server 2003 based Network Infrastructure.• Implementation, Configuration & Administration of Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Active Directory & Exchange Server 2007, Vmware Vsphere environment• Able to configure IBM v7000 SAN Storage systems, Netapp NAS, LUN, iSCSI, FC, NFS etc…• Maintain technical documentations, configurations and diagrams for Infrastructure services• Responsible for the operational aspects of entire Datacenter• Maintain an inventory of all Servers, Storage and related equipment’s including spares server software licenses.• Monitor the performance of the server and troubleshoots any problems such as slow performance or server crashes.• Document server problems and resolutions for future reference. • Perform server startup and shutdown procedures on data center when required for preventative maintenance and Promote server configuration changes. Ensure timely user notification of maintenance requirements and effects on system availability.• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipments.• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support, answering support queries via phone, email and Helpdesk system• Conduct a daily IT checklist for Infrastructure services in order to proactively prevent regular or common faults.• Administering Servers hosted in Cloud (IaaS)• Monitoring Regular Backups and offsite movement of Tapes • Identify and release genuine held mails from Mail filtering systems• Provides support for day to day operations to user.• Diagnosing the Problem by using Event logs and Applying security patches.• Implement data protection and other system backup procedures, and initiate recovery plans after system failures.• Perform Bare metal recovery of servers periodically to test the backed up servers• Assist other team members for infrastructure related services and issues as & when required.
