The experience I got from ESN rarely can be obtained within one firm in only 5 years; we experienced different business phases within these 5 years: quick wins & tactical growth phase, stagnant phase, decline phase, turn around point & rebirth phase, so it looks like compact business lifecycle within 5year, where I's playing the most critical role as Marketing Director for the last 2 years & acting CCO for the last 15 months,Sales Engineer was my first job after graduate, responsible for providing solutions & support to the account managers and sales team. Then moved to Marketing, Products & Services Development, where I found myself, my job was to create, find, develop & manage products & services, and really I enjoyed this job to the maximum, it became my passion.After more than 6 years in Sudatel, I moved to private business as freelancer, in Ethiopia/Sudan, starting in telecom field as it's my strongest area; established ICT company working in VAS & Mobile Network Projects was my first step in Ethiopia. in 2014 I returned to Sudatel as Consumer Data & VAS Manager, MBB & Adjacent Services Senior Manager, then joined Expresso Senegal as MBB, VAS & Roaming Senior Manager.When I'm not on job, I love reading, networking & inspire my soul by traveling.
