The approximately 195,000 m2 building will contain a mix of uses, including hotel guest rooms and suites, hotel serviced apartments, hotel luxury serviced apartments, offices, retail, and parking.PROJECT COMPONENTS- A four level basement containing parking garage,- A seven-level Podium + the entrance of the hotel (including two mezzanine floors),- A 37-storey north Tower 1 (over the Podium) containing approximately 103 luxury serviced apartments, residence club and reserve penthouse.- A 38-storey south, L-shaped tower 2 (over the Podium) containing approximately 286 hotel keys and 98 serviced apartments, both to be operated by the Hotel Operator, as well as 16 luxury serviced apartments.
