• Establishing, executing and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance plans (PM and CM) for all the mechanical equipment and revise maintenance schedules to ensure their continued effective performance.• Using FiiX- CMMS software for documenting the type of the maintenance and repair works for all mechanical equipment and maintains accurate records of maintenance activities. • Recommending, establishing, monitoring and updating spare parts requirements for existing mechanical equipment to ensure the available inventories are maintained at minimum cost.• Assembling the job requests, securing the availability of required material and human resources and setting time limits.• Participating in implement plant improvements and CAPEX and from initiation till execution and closing.• Creating purchasing orders on ORACLE ERP system and follow up with purchasing department and suppliers till delivery.• Planning and supervising the complete overhauling and routine maintenance for:- Different types of Pumps (Centrifugal, gear, dosing).- Different types of Gearboxes- Material handling units (Belt conveyors, Screw conveyors, Pneumatic conveying systems , Rotary valves , Vibrating tables and Bucket elevators)- Special equipment related to PET recycling industry such as ( Grinders , Prewasher , Ballistic separators , Flakes sorters and Flakes filling stations )

• Follow up the preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all the mechanical equipment. • Make a separate maintenance record for each equipment .• Updating spare parts requirements for all the equipment and order it .• Providing technical assistance to maintenance and operation personnel to minimize maintenance problems and apply small scale of TPM system.• Creating and follow up the lubrication and greasing schedules for all the mechanical equipment as per OEM recommendations.• Creating purchasing orders on ORACLE ERP system and follow up with purchasing department and suppliers till delivery.• Planning and supervising the maintenance of the all the area equipment during seasonal shutdowns ( Pumps , Gearboxes , Conveyors , Slicers , Filter presses , Centrifugals )

• Working in Chemical Areas (Polymerization , Utility , Solvent recovery, Gel recovery, Tank farm) and Acrylic fiber production line.• Carrying out and following up maintenance master plans (PM & CM).• Treating the repeated problems with root causes analysis method .• maintenance of the following equipment :- Different types of rotating equipment ( pumps , fans , blowers , gearboxes , conveyors and agitators ) - Static equipment ( Tanks , Hot water and steam pipelines , Filters ,Valves and Different types of heat exchangers ' shell and tube & plate heat exchanger ' )- Special equipment related to the Acrylic Fiber production lines (KAWASAKI Heavy Industries).
