These products aim to incentivize sustainability improvements•Lead the development of innovative products by creating and executing vision, strategies, budgeting, and roadmaps with an agile delivery approach•Enhance value propositions and ecosystems in account services, cash management, small business finance, and beyond banking solutions•Develop effective go-to-market strategies by considering personas, customer journeys, use cases, positioning, pricing, branding, digital marketing campaigns, events & PR, and leads generation funnels•Lead projects to optimize the ratio of digital transactions •Maximize revenue generated from fee-based sources •Achieve the desired strategic KPIs and digital initiatives through data-driven decision makingMAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:-Developed a sustainable finance framework that classifies sustainability-linked products and services across business banking segments-Successfully launched a self-service digital account opening platform for startups-Through various campaigns & effort, increased the digital transactions ratio to 90%-Launched a new digital platform for Elite SMEs onboarding
