I am the Founder and CEO of Global Evolution and Management Group LLC, a strategic consulting and training firm specializing in project and construction management, risk management, sustainability, higher education accreditation, and leadership. With over 35 years of experience in the field, I hold an MBA, a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering-Construction Management, and a PMP certification, which enable me to deliver high-quality and customized solutions to clients across various sectors and regions.My mission is to help organizations and individuals achieve their strategy goals and optimize performance by addressing their needs and challenges with innovative and evidence-based approaches. I also aim to advance the project and construction management profession and education by sharing my knowledge and expertise as a Professor at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where I teach, conduct research, and mentor students.
