Preparing (administrating) Sub-Contractors LOI & Orders (Contract) all as per the Company contract formats & FIDIC, with clear definitions of scope of work & payments terms. 2. Preparing project’s list of materials / suppliers and subcontractors to identify the scope of work.3. Preparation of project’s procurement files in order to obtain relevant prices maintaining the technical aspects for order finalization & contracts publishing. 4. Preparing technical submittals for specified and alternative materials according to project’s specifications involving all supportive compliance statements and documents and implementing the necessary follow up to obtain concerned parties approvals, preparing tracking system and cycle of delays and approval for any extension of time claim may require.5. Scrutinize subcontractors’ material technical submittals to ensure the scope of work and contractual terms and conditions are implemented and review the technical data to maintain a proper submission.6. Find suitable local / international Sub-Contractors conforming to documents and specifications, negotiate them and finalize the scope of work to the financial benefit of the project7. Implementation of “Value Engineering Process” in order to obtain specification upgraded along with cost saving.8. Frequent visits to on-board subcontractors / suppliers to ensure adequate production / delivery period.9. Preparation of project’s close out documents (i.e. warranties, certificate of origins, manufacturer’s certificate) to the project’s documents & specification.10. Day to day monitoring of procurement and materials approvals reports to secure ahead-of-time progress.Specialties: Procurement, contracts administration, technical background of materials.
