-Responsible for all online and offline visual designing of Vezeeta Pharmacy.-Moved to Ads Pack project, where i was responsible for designing all social media designs for Vezeeta's doctors.-After, i moved to the marketing team, working on all Egypt's marketing activities requirements, from Branding projects for some new products, Social media posts, presentations, activations and so many different requests. -Transferred to the Creative team, and i was handling all the Marcom and social media activities.-Launched Vezeeta US project-And at last i moved back to the Creative Central Team working on Marcom, Social Media, HR & PR activities.

-Responsible for all PO related tasks and activities as per P2P cycle for the G&A items.-Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among suppliers and considering the delivery time is suitable to the concerned department needs.-Monitor & receive daily purchase requests for all departments and verify the completeness of data by communicating the concerned department in case any clarification /modifications are required.-Follow up on delivering the purchased items to the concerned department to ensure the purchase requirements match the purchase order.-Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.-Make sure the purchasing document cycle P2P has been closed, follow up with suppliers & finance the invoices and payments, to ensure submitting invoices by vendor to the finance department to timely organize the payment process.-Adding suppliers with reviewing their documents -File the procurement documents with notes for future references.

-In charge of providing all the logistics needed to execute ProMark’s activities and trainings.-Responsible for the operations, designing and executing team building activities for:( CocaCola, Mondelez, General Motors, National Bank of Egypt, ITC & IMC, Kuwait Energy, GSK, Nahdi Pharmacy at KSA)-Graphical designing for the training materials.
