With a Master’s Certificate in HR Management from Cornell University and over 20 years of experience, I’ve built a career focused on fostering human capital development and organizational growth. My HR experience, which spans from 2009 to today, includes initiating and leading HR departments in diverse industries across the healthcare, medical devices, and equipment sectors.A significant achievement in my career was initiating the HR department at GMC, one of the most renowned medical device companies in the Middle East. I was responsible for HR when the company had 450 employees, and by the time I left after five years, the headcount had grown to 1,100.
