• Preparing and following up hiring & termination procedures ""company car process,• orientation newly hired/promoted employees, contract and contract renewal"". Monitoring dally attendance and leaves.• Personnel files and documents according to Egyptian labor law Apply Egyptian Labor Law.• Ensure that all governmental proceedings (form ( 1 ), form (2),form (6), form 4 labor office complains, etc.) are established, signed and submitted according to a standard time table.• Dealing with the insurance office.• Preparing and ensuring monthly payroll fixed and variable transactions (hires, termination, leaves, overtime, penalties, incentive, special bonus,etc).• Record and update employees' information, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records on HRIS.• Share common issues updating HR guideline.• Respond to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.

- Reviewing daily accounting documentation.- Preparation of payable voucher payments.- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.- Responsible for daily Expenses, banking transactions, payable, checks, and Receivable, etc- Responsible for accountant Receivable, accountant liability (make all journal entry relating to the customer account, supplier account )- Maintains accounting controls and recommending policies and procedures.- Assist in monthly financial closing.

- Preparing monthly cash flow and expense reports, - Updating clients data, Manage incoming cash payments, Retrieving files and data needed by the upper management, -Handling various customer needs.
