As Technical Founder of DIAMINATE, I lead the development of our AI-powered platform that connects African SMEs with local service providers based on their needs and budget. I handle everything from designing and building the product to integrating AI-driven features that provide real-time insights and recommendations. As a BI Analyst working in the business development department, I am responsible for developing and managing BI solutions for the organization by providing adhoc reports to improve business processes. I improve the work flow by developing data pipelines to connect with our ERP system and visualize strategic information. I analyze the business requirements and recommend improvements to the management and executives. Additionally, my work involves account management with our partners and facilitating our fleet management through optimization vehicle routing. Further responsibilities involve developing software for the purpose of streamlining and improving operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.

Developed a BI performance monitoring dashboard for an international ride-hailing on-demand-logistics startup operating across the MENA region as my final year project. The organization provides delivery services to other SMEs and the task was to develop a system that can store, organize, and visualize data to aid decision makers in making data driven decisions.The dashboard is able to output seasonal reports to track the organization’s KPIs to track if the organization is achieving its goals such as the performance of drivers, individual small businesses, and the SME branch as a whole. It provides high quality information using enhanced visualization and predictive tools, through training a machine learning model to forecast weekly goals. In addition to that, the system streamlines their data entry processes and provided different levels of access to the different user roles.Languages and libraries used in the development process: Python, Pandas, Numpy, HTML, CSS, JS, Flask, ScikitLearn, SQL, Matplotlib, and Plotly Dash.
