This includes definition the new capabilities and modules that are needed to enrich the solution business like CRM. Lead the Technology Innovation Group in support of new business idea including rapid prototyping, user experience optimization and proof-of-concepts for recent technological innovations. Ensure that the feedback loop between customers and development teams is well defined and managed to ensure relevant and timely product updates based on customer needs. Managing the revamp of the new solution to assure the adherence with the new directions and customer needs. Assess the needs to partner with different vendor in order to empower the solution with different business component that will fill the gaps in the solution and meet the demand of the customers based on the feedback of the pre-sales activities. Educate the sales and pre-sales teams on the newest solutions and their value proposition.

 Responsible for working with sales and marketing teams to increase the sale of the products, increasing profit of the company and position the Value Proposition of the products and company. Doing Market research and communicate directly with the marketing department to understand trends, opportunity, regulator directions and challenges faced by the financial sector in the covered territory. Helping prospects and existing customers in defining their needs and formulate it into best offering. This includes process improvement and automation. Preparing a business plans with best offering to meet the trends and challenges in the financial sector and communicate it with the sales organization. Communicate with the marketing department to organize awareness events, road shows for the banks in the region and product demonstration & orientation to cover the specific and different needs of the different markets. Overseeing the implementations and support performance in the region from the customer perspective to measure the customer satisfaction and take corrective action if needed by communicating with the concerned departments. Help in putting strategies for up selling in the existence accounts and cross selling for new accounts that meets their strategies and directions.
