• Manage entire infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Servers, Internet, Intranet, security, and desktop refresh plan and functions• Responsible for systems design, architecture, capacity planning, operational management, systems employment, application support, and troubleshooting• Responsible for managing network configuration, network mapping, processes and service records and Unified Communications• Lead successful cost saving measures and operational efficiency initiatives• Lead current IT and operations environment and anticipate the future needs.• Maintain and guide on IT standards, procedures and techniques• Manage operational costs and provide budget recommendations for planning the annual IT budget.• Evaluate, select and manage solutions providers, vendors and business partners• Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, cost analysis, significant issue management, and communication with business lines and senior executives.• Oversee the development of data center facility management standards, policies, procedures and service level agreements.

Responsible for QIG infrastructure with more than 30 servers windows & AIX platforms, (Exchange, SCCM,SCOM,SCVMM,SCDPM,Networker) & clustering and Hyper-V & V-M ware technologies.
