The project provided raw materials, production equipment, infrastructure, business incubation, and technical development support to MSMEs with innovative business ideas. The goal was to create employment opportunities for young people.# Managed a team implementing, monitoring, and reporting on the Firestarter Grant programme funded by Comic Relief UK. The programme provided £500,000 in capital funds and business incubation support to 30 businesses in the agriculture, tech, media, and fashion sectors. It also created jobs for hundreds of young people in Sierra Leone, building critical modern skills and capabilities while supporting long-term employment.# Led the provision of business development services including business incubation and acceleration, coaching, and mentorship for approximately 150 SMEs and StartUps during a 3-year period. # Coordinated the use of reports, animations, graphics, spreadsheets, presentations, M&E, and data collection samples to demonstrate Sensi's work and overall impact.
