 Execute the Sales plan for the unit and achieve the sales volume, and customer service objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the unit sales team. Develop an action plan short-and long-term recruitment, training and recruitment of staff when needed. Adherence to policies and laws of the company and achieve the stated objectives . Preparing progress reports of ongoing work at the branch and submit to the Director . Weekly meetings and meetings of the Teams Leaders of the group and with all the sales agent in order to facilitate access to specific objectives, as set forth in the monthly and quarterly. Overseeing the implementation of plans and programs for investment and work to achieve a way that guarantees the company achieve its goals. Assist Teams Leaders in finishing deals and provide the team with an escalation channel when necessary. In constant contact with officials and Teams Leaders of the sales and to provide guidance and direction

 Monitor and lead the day to day operations in sales activities to include but not limited to monitoring sales calls to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, managing of team work schedules, schedule ongoing training with individual sales agent as needed and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations. Conduct and complete written monthly / quarterly performance reviews as scheduled and coach staff to improve. Be sure that these performance reviews are not necessarily associated with promotions or raises, bit rather a review of professional performance skills. Conduct weekly team meetings and performance meetings with each sales agent in order to facilitate reaching set goals set forth in monthly and quarterly review. Oversee, report trends and recommend areas of improvement for all aspects of sales department. Assist individual sales agent with closing of sale and provide the team with an escalation channel when necessary. Create, implement and maintain department policy and procedures for sales department and identify automation and or process improvements and follow-through to implementation. Conduct counseling and disciplinary actions, including write-ups. Coaching, mentoring, motivating, development and performance of staff in support of overall customer sales, satisfaction and service.
