Provide problem solving, engineering, training and technical support by various methods; (Statistical tools for quality management, 5s, industrial engineering, Total Quality management, Total productive Maintenance, production management, lean manufacturing, etc…) Position : Lean Manufacturing consultant/ Kaizen specialistConsultation inside factories by conducting:- Evaluation of status in the factories by collecting and analyzing the initial data and set project vision.- Development of orientation/Training sessions for Top, middle management, front line engineers and line operators and set project plans designed to reduce costs/waste, improve efficiency/productivity- Project Planning– determining scope, tasks, timelines, resources and identifying hot issues.- Time study, re-engineering of facility layouts, leading KAIZEN teams.- Studying and developing training materials.Consulting Success stories:1- Project leader in “Lean Manufacturing Project” in Electrostar >> Kaizen team started to get the fact "GEMBA" through, time study, work study, spaghetti analysis for material and parts, movement charts for workers, taking videos for processes, counting WIP then we were able to highlight the value/non-value added works. Kaizen teams drawn the VSM for production line with Kaizen Maps and everything is visualized to all plant employees. - I was working in plate working workshop, I was responsible for coordinating job orders, cutting sheets and entering AutoCAD drawings in CNC machines.- I've participated in different projects like (Sinai gray, Sudan gray, kurimat power plant, Fertilizer plant...).- I've manufactured by reverse engineering the frame of a welding mach. that was imported.
