Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications Reporting to the IT Director & Chief Executive To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects we have 13 branch I work as: 1- IT Manager and System administrator 2- Domain administrator ( On windows Server 2008 ) we have one Domain Controller (DC) and 3 Additional Domain Controller (ADC) 3- Exchange 2010 administrator ( On windows Server 2008 ) 4- Open source Mail server (zimbra) 5- Firewall administrator (Mikrotik) 6- Anti-virus administrator (Kaspersky) 7- VPN server administrator (Mikrotik) 8- Internet server administrator (TMG) 9- Internet connection and VPN connection troubleshoot and 3G 10- Hardware (CPU- printer -ADSL Modem-some other) 11- I have a lot of machine work on Microsoft Hyper-V 12- Backup important user data automatic and after backup is done send email the backup is done or b 13- ackup is not done to me and user. 14- Put the very important data on server and make only the user have permission to read it or read and write. 15- Database Administrator 16- VB.net as Amateur 17- And the last project I do it make hot backup for our branch connection it's As follows: If the VPN down the ADSL work and if the ADSL down the 3G work all of this automatic without Intervention of humans and the surprise is the down time 1 minuet

They have 4 branch I work as:1- Maintenance Manger & system administrator2- Domain admin )windows server 2003(3- Mikrotik for internet and firewall 4- Anti-virus administrator5- ISA Administrator6- All CPU and Printers and hardware maintenance 7- Mange the plan to work try to resolve the customer problem8- Check hardware
