- Oversaw multiple high traffic websites as part of managed services team. eg. www.team-bhp.com, www.healthkart.com, www.91mobiles.com, www.stylecracker.com, www.junglegames.com, www.wishfin.com and many more. - Securely set up traditional LAMP as well as JVM based stacks, AWS infra along with tuning Apache, Nginx, MySQL, Mongo primarily.- Set up and maintained High Availability clusters on CentOS using pacemaker/corosync and heartbeat. Used HAProxy extensively for load balancing, mysql drbd for ha database, hginx for CDN.- Set up caching at various levels, like zendOpcache/APC, memcached, varnish, nginx, cloudflare, sucuri.- Set up extensive monitoring infrastructure setup for hosts, applications, services, network stats using Zabbix, APM newrelic, instana, cloudwatch.- Worked on managed as well as regular support tickets on RequestTracker handling performance, migration, abuse tickets and wrote bash scripts for automating tasks like checking and bring up IPSec VPN tunnels, adding and removing SSH keys, scripts for extending items monitored by Zabbix.- Creating bash scripts to automate administration tasks: backups, accounting,users management, OS and Application scans. Maintain all upgrades and patches. Experience with servers and services in a high availability/redundant environment.- Documented customer infrastructure and often repeated tasks, for runbook creation and scripts that can be executed by L1 team using Rundeck when manual intervention is needed.-Assisted Account mangers, L1 and L2 team members with technical issues and guided them to follow internal processes laid out, such as for provisioning, monitoring, security and RTB issues.
