Monitoring the implementation Safety Procedures in NHT, DHT, DCU units at Egyptian Oil Refinery Company (ERC)

Prepare and conduct different HSE training materials for all our clients to increase awareness and knowledge of all client's employees.

- Prepare HSE Management system  and safety management plans for our project to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. (ARAMCO and SABIC)- Reviews current and proposed regulations/corporate requirements and recommends appropriate program measures to ensure compliance.-  Develops, recommends and implements practical, functional approaches to resolve safety, health and environmental issues in support of location strategies for achieving customer satisfaction and regulatory/policy compliance.- Provides advice on safety, health and environmental concerns and works with employees at all organizational levels to affect corrective action strategies. -  Serves as the site HSE audit Coordinator to ensure continuous improvement and ongoing certification.- Conducts internal safety, health and environmental audits to verify compliance levels. - Develops site specific safety, health, and environment policies/procedures and ensures that requirements are effectively integrated into standard operating procedures.

- Reported to HSE manager (Mr. Steve Fuhri).- Work with the Integrated Management System (IMS) Plan to responsibly manage the Safety and act with the risks of SGM operations.- Experienced in Safety and safety training programs of power stations that we have 3 power stations in the mine with different capacity 7 MW, 30 MW and 45 Mega Watts.- Ensure that all HSE policies and procedures fit with the site needs.- Job Safety Analyses are performed across site for various work activities across site to identify, document and address all potential hazards- Regular Planned area inspections- Formulating training course work in conformance with established training programs.- Support the respective area manager in identifying additional HSE training requirements based upon employee job functions and plan the implementation of applicable training courses- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near miss incidents and submitting corrective actions.- Doing random drug and alcohol test in the different areas - Monitor and measure the Health & Safety risks and impacts of SGM’s operations.- Follow up all construction activities to ensure it's safe.- Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.- Coordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses.- Meeting objectives of SGM policies and procedures.- Share in Prepare objectives, targets and programs in line with SGM HSE Policy; significant risks identified during risk assessments, results from audits and inspections; Legal and other requirements;- Share in Training needs analysis.- Follow up Water treatment plant.- EIA (environmental impact assessment).- Work according to environmental policies and regulations.- Practical environmental measurements.- Selecting or developing instructional aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multi-media visual aids, and reference works.

- Conduct safety training and education programs, and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. - Develop and maintain medical monitoring programs for employees. - Inspect specified areas to ensure the presence of fire prevention equipment, safety equipment, and first-aid supplies. - Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures. - Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. - Responsible of implementing safety ,environmental and Quality management systems based on OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004 & ISO 22000 and HACCP systems.- As I was part of the team responsible for certifying the company for the ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 22000:2005- Responsible for perform Food safety Audit.
