QNS is a startup company based in Cairo, Egypt, founded in 2017. With combined knowledge in the field of energy, mechanical and mechatronics engineering, QNS was founded by three bright students with a passion for smart home applications and energy consumption reduction. Upon research of the current Egyptian market, our findings showed a lack of innovative products that were overpriced and did not entirely fulfill consumer demands.My position role involved in:◦ Determine and define project scope and objectives.◦ Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.◦ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.◦ Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representthem in the field.◦ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel'sperformance) and report regularly on project statues.◦ Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.◦ Track project costs in order to meet budget.◦ Review Engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions.◦ Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, and make adjustments as needed.
