($350M). (Dec-12 to Dec-14). 2010 Up toDec-12 - Frame 9E by GE . Tasks: Managing and Supervision project’s construction EPC activities, Site Planners, Cost Control engineers, Document Controllers and Sub Contractors to meet schedule completion date, using latest software techinques “PRIMAVERA-6” & “ORACLE”. Perform risk analysis for corporate management, to identify schedule and cost variances of project status against baseline using Earned Value Method, Schedule Performance Index and Cost Performance Index. Develop and Maintaine Detailed EPC Schedule with Manpower and Equipment Requirments, leads and assists in Critical Path Analysis (CPA). Preparation of fair price estimates, using CESM3 as mesurement method monitoring and reporting on contractor progress. Prepare time extension claims, delay analysis, loss of resources and extra incurred expenses. Perform risk analysis for corporate management, to identify schedule and cost variances of project status against baseline using Earned Value Method, Schedule Performance Index and Cost Performance Index. Develop cost plans for all projects, in line with budget and contract, and ensures the tracking, monitoring and reporting of project costs and expenditure Develop Project Work Progress Measurement “Earned Value Method” or “Construction Manhours” and generating cost loading ‘S’ Curves & Resource Histogram.  Prepare Invoicing Schedule, Provisional Work Done and Project Forecast Review reports using Oracle software technique. Prepare & Develop Procurement & Engineering logs.  Prepare Project monthly report showing Key Performance Indicators . Contract Adminstration. Prepare Project Cash Flow.

Project: EPC -Greater Cairo of Potable & Waste Water Treatment Plant contract 16.1 & 16.2. $400 million 1.2 million m3/day (Pumping Stations- Gas & Fuel Stations-Substations- Generators-Concrete Tanks & Steel Structures-Piping Network/under & above ground 20 bars-Digesters- Gas Line- Fire Fighting).Owner : Cairo of Potable and Waste Water OrganizationConsultant : AMBRIC- (American British Consultant)Responsibilities include: Dealing day to day with site scheduling and co-ordination issues. Supervision of Subcontractors progress and ensure application of ANSALDO standards on site and updating Project Progress. Contract Administration, joined “Quant Cost” British Company of chartered surveyors in preparation of arbitration back-up documents, including time extension claims, loss of resources and extra incurred expenses. Regularly representing ANSALDO at site meeting attended by JV Parties to co-ordinate activities on site, including the main progress meetings chaired by the client consulting engineers, AMBRIC. Provision of practical guidance and endorsement to the civil contractors on a number of issues (e.g.including pipe laying and concrete openings…etc). Re-evaluates and prepares revised BOQ. according to new alternatives. Establish a data base system to record all project document and lessons learnt. Prepare and negotiate about final agreement condition.  Estimate Direct & Indirect Costs for additional work.
