In this position I've helped Miskasoft to work in higher audience level and has more service diversity by launching Mobile Apps and White Labeling Solution Departments.With a brilliant team in Miskasoft We delivered our first white label E-Wallet System based in "Telepin" Systems as back-end.

As Miskasoft expand and target new business sectors, company plan to build two new products to penetrate Medical and Enterprise Sectors.While in this position I've lead two different teams to build a Hospital Information System (HIS) named "H-Plus" and an Enterprise Resource Planner System (ERP) named "Analista"In this position I'm responsible to:- Work together with the Product Owner to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines- Work closely with the Product Owner, and Business Analysts, for understanding the system’s functional and non-functional requirements- Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the appropriate technologies- Coordinate release and sprint planning- Help developers resolve both technical problems

Miskasoft at this time was targeting the education sector by building two distinct Learning Management Systems (LMS), one for schools and the other for universities.Our two Products E-Schools and E-Campus was successfully delivered to number of leading private schools and universities in Egypt.In this position my responsibility was:- Mentors software engineers by advising and coaching- Designs and develops software to fit user needs- Updates software with the latest techniques- Generates reports on the development process and application performance- Instructs teams in the direction of software development- Conducts system analyses to identify weaknesses
