1. Develops, maintains and updates the technical library with the relevantSupplier / subcontractor brochures and catalogs.2. Assists Procurement Engineer in arranging technical submittals(Prequalification documents, samples, brochure and technical data) for submission toConstruction team.3. Reviews and generates required material and Subcontractor logs to meet the Procurement plan to the approval of Contracts and Procurement Manager.4. Sends Request for Quotation (RFQ) for material and subcontract work to m eetProjects schedule received from Planning Department.5. Collects responses to RFQ and quotations for material and subcontract work. UploadThem in share-point module.6. Obtains technical evaluation on major subcontractor’s quotation from Engineeringdepartment and communicates with subcontractors accordingly.7. Prepares and reviews all comparison sheets.8. Reviews and approves Local Purchase Orders made by Purchaser for his assignedProject.9. Updates regularly Procurement Activities Log and Budget Versus Actual Report forHis respective project.10. Prepares Letter of Intent, Letter of Award, Subcontract Agreement for majorSubcontractors related to his assigned project and review.11.
