- SCADA & networking protocols specialist engineer .- Installation ,operation and maintenance of remote terminal unites (RTU) .- make commissioning for substation automation, communication and SCADA signaling.- - SCADA and Communication protocols and Standards (IEC 60870-5-101.103,104) ,(IEC 61850),(DNP3),(MODBUS ,PROFIBUS) ,(IEC 61400-25) ,(IEC TS 62351).- Make design for adaptation work.- Build and design and update control system for about 45 substation and 5 power station and this include communication and control systems.- Test & Commissioning of Substation Automation System to approved site test plans.- Setting up the system at site.- Carry out point to point test from Field.- Carry out closed loop tests from Substation to SCADA.- Carry out IED Configuration changes in case of changes required in the IED Configuration.- Carry out system modification, alterations, changes in systems for recruitment and comments.- Develop, execute, and maintain implementation processes and test procedures on new projects SCADA systems and telemetry.- Communicate and ensure that vendor systems meet the SCADA and Communication systems technical requirements.- Develop, manage, and execute the SCADA commissioning tests on completion of projects, validating that all data points are within tolerance and accurate.- Supporting the development and design of SCADA human machine interface (HMI) for monitoring real time data, acknowledging alarms and controlling set points.- Perform required RTU or SCADA configuration and programming changes as required.- Experience with UCA, GOOSE messaging, IEC 61850, and logic development in protection IED"s.- Experience with power line carrier and transmission line protection schemes-- Train end-users on the theory, operational use, and maintenance of integrated protection and control systems.- Lead or support factory acceptance testing and site testing & commissioning.- Develop outage, cut-over, and testing procedures.
