Lead Rating Analyst
Current- Lead a 12-member team: manage workflows and assignments based on reporting data and ongoing individual assessments within a remote environment
- Instrumental in the evaluation and onboarding of new hires: vet candidates, interview and provide recommendations to Management
- Point of contact for Sales and Operations
- Produce detailed and comprehensive system guides and training materials specific to the company’s proprietary software
- Represent the department in strategic planning meetings to: provide feedback on suggested updates, structure UAT, and make recommendations for future system enhancements
