 Review of Mechanical Drawing and contract shop drawing and ensure their compliance with design and contract requirements. Review contractor submittal, Method of Statement and pre-qualification as per project specification.Review query raised by contractor and forwarding response in line with project specification. Responsible for supervision of all Mechanical, Pipe laying work as well as monitoring & controlling work of contractors in accordance with design, specification and contract document. Carried out inspection of installation, testing and commissioning of Pump penstock, Actuator, Overhead crane, Air Valves, Gate Valve, Butterfly valve, Piping system with NRV, Fresh air incoming duct system, all plumbing network, FM200 system, Surge Vessel, Sliding Gate, Flow meter, Flow Control valve, Sump pump, Roller shutter, Scrubber, Cl2 injection system, all level sensors, HVAC system and SCADA system.  Scheduling the project completion within the duration without any delay and responsible for project monitoring of budget, scope and schedule.  Issuing Work observation, Site Work Instruction and NCR to the contractor of their non-complying work specification and approved drawing. Extensive background in project Conceptual Engineering and Construction (ECP), Project management, Quality Inspection and Supervision, pre-commissioning and start-up, hand-over specification package for entire Mechanical equipment. Participate in factory/Site Acceptance Test with vendor packages. Carryout all PPE Inspection, Lifting Equipment and Lifting gear inspection, Scaffolding Inspection, Excavation and Trenches inspection etc. To check the safety report and investigate the root cause of all accident, unsafe acts, unsafe condition, and near misses occurred at work site and finally attained the joint inspection Kahramaa safety department. I have worked as a Mechanical Engineer in Durgapur Steel Thermal Power Station (Damodar Valley Corporation, An Autonomous Organization under Ministry of Power, Government of India, http://www.dvcindia.org) that is a coal based thermal power station of {2 x 500} MW capacity in which {1 x 500}MW unit is under construction and near to complete. It is an oldest government organization in India in the field of electric generation, transmission, distribution and water management {(1) Dams and Barrages, (2) Reservoir operation and flood warning, (3) Industrial and civic water supply- To supply of domestic drinking water and industrial water and water for irrigation purpose, (4) Mining activities, (5) Soil conservation, (6) Socio-economic and infrastructural development for community etc.} I have been worked in various sections in thermal power plant (such as erection and commissioning of Boiler, Turbine,Coal Handling Plant, Ash Handling Plant, Demineralized Water Treatment Plant, Procurement and Contract section etc.) but currently working in Operation section (Boiler, Turbine & Generator Control Room) of Power Plant. However, I am overall familiarized by thermal power plant.
