My work experience started with one of the well known systems integrator in Jordan United Telecom Services at 2002.During this long journey I being assigned to many deferent positions, few years a go i become the Sales Manager to the Unified Communication division.I got more than 20 years of experience in unified communications platforms mainly Mitel s & Ericsson-LG.On the top of my UC experiences I were enjoying my rule as a part of the team who was assigned to design and implements one of the most important contact center sites in Jordan such as Irbid District Electricity Company (IDECO) , Bank Of Jordan.I worked on many project related to the Industrial harsh environment such as Power utilities , Oil & Gaz, and i managed to get invaluable experience about the communications applications related to such an environment such as : PA&G System, Industrial Telephone terminals (ATEX , Weather Proof)... etc I worked on several projects to provide an Emergency communication systems for sensitive sites.Part of my experience was related to wireless communication based on DMR, DECT & Wi-Fi telecommunications.Most of the project i worked-on were offered in a turnkey bases which requested a higher level of knowledge about all the systems to be integrated including the IT infrastructure.Another challenge was started In 2011 as I'm being assigned a new rule in Unitel Sister company TAWASOL in addition to my rule in United Telecom Services.TAWASOL is currently a Mitel distributor for middle east and Africa region.As a channel manager my responsibility was to develop and support TAWASOL partners in Iraq, Libya, KSADuring my working period in TAWASOL I managed to enhance our sales in Libya and Iraq, also i got one of most dedicated partner for KSA and I managed to penetrate the Saudi market and get lot of major projects.For Iraq and Libya, the main objective was to enhance the partner sales numbers and develop the market, which resulted that TAWASOL managed to win 4 major projects in Oil & Gaz field in Libya and 2 major projects in Iraq.
