Functional head of QA for site- Regulatory, process, laboratory, hygiene, systems, warehouses, and pest control.Member of the senior management team, shaping and driving forward the technical strategy for the site; developing system that are legally compliant and meet customer requirement.Managing the site quality system activities & compliance to regulatory and different international standards such as SASO/SFDA/GSO, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and AIB.Managing the facility certification and customer audits such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, AIB, PPC (Pandemic Prepared Certification). Ensuring the quality management system- Quality manual and supporting documentation- Is up to date and regularly reviewed and amended to reflect the changes within the organization.Promote continuous improvement within the business to achieve the business targets, working with operations, engineering and process department ensuring that all the food safety criteria are followed.Managing the quality team, responsible for assuring that all the line checks are carried out correctly as per defined procedure and regime, full accountability of line product quality. To be commercially aware of consequences of decision; making sound and effective decisions under pressure balancing food safety, compliance and optimization.Productivity monitoring and management, as evidence by active work planning and measurement of each employees output and performance in close coordination with human resources, individual department and management.Develop financial plan and manages to it; provide oversight for quality assurance financial plan and utilizes processes, tools and guidelines for overseeing and optimizing the cost and budget for QA services.Directly responsible for QA activities in Production floor with 12 high speed lines, Inbound/Outbound Warehouses and Laboratory.

1. Managing the responsibility of supervising site QA activities and provide clear objectives for daily operations, deputizing for QA Manager, as required. 2. Directly responsible for QA activities in Production floor with 12 high speed lines, Inbound/Outbound Warehouses and Laboratory. Reviewing and approving consumer complaint investigation reports, monitoring and analyzing consumer CPM trends. 3. Working closely with human resources departments to develop performance improvement programs and appraisals for employees 4. To ensure effective and appropriate corrective action are implemented for non-conformance and quality deviations, including appropriate communication and discussion with senior management on implementing agreed corrective actions. 5. Lead Auditor for AIB Hygiene/GMP audits and internal auditor for ISO 22000, ISO 17025 and in production lines 6. Managing multifunctional QA team consisting of Team Managers, Team Leaders, Bakery Technologists, QA Technicians, QA Assistants and other workforce.7. Reviewing validation reports of new line installations encompassing product quality and food safety.8. Managing 3rd party pest control team in the site ensuring 0% pest related issues in the production premises.
