*Responsible for Overall Business Operation of Key Accounts and Modern Trade in Dubai, Sharjah and Northern Emirates regions.*Handling Ice cream, Dairy and Trading Division. *Handling Van Sales operation to execute delieveries in modern trade. *Working on profit and loss statements with finance team for all Key Account customers, and preparing effective business and promotion plans.*Analyzing and devising sales strategies and setting up goals and targets, and successfully achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.*Accomplishing revenue goals and objectives and adhering to area business plans, focusing on establishing and expanding new clients, while maintaining existing business and clientele.*Identifying and resolving customers needs as per their requirements. *Providing Training and assistance to the Sales team.*Setting up KPIs for the team, and ensured that team is following and adhering them.*Determining and establishing a healthy relationship with Key decision makers, and influence at all levels with specific regards to Listing, promotions, space objective, pricing, distribution and payment terms.*Organizing and conducting special promotions activities and participating in major events to enhance sales and building brand image..*Reporting to National Key Account Manager,and Head of Sales.

*Handling Dairy, Ice cream and Trading divisions. *Handling Van Sales operation *Geographical planning while allocating areas to sales representatives and Merchandizing team.*Analyzing and devising sales strategies and setting up goals and targets*Successfully achieving monthly,quarterly and annually sales objective.*Achieving all the revenue targets and objectives in line with area business plan.*Establishing,maintaining and expanding customer base.*Sevrvicing the needs of existing customers.*Determining and establishing healthy relationship with key decision makers and influence at all levels with specific, regard to Listing,Distribution,Space objective,Pricing,Promotion,and Payment Terms.*Providing assistance and training to the sales and Merchandizing team*Planning and Conducting special Promotional Activities to boost sales and building Brand image.*Ensuring the availability,visibility of all leading Brands to all Trade outlets.*Conducting Cold calling to acquire prospective clients.*Reporting to National Key Account Manager and Head of Sales.
