About Mohammad Abadi
An experienced optical network engineer with solid IP and programming language (Python) skills:I first found Internetworking quite interesting in 2009 thanks to Leon Garcia for his magnificent book (Communication Networks); later on, Cisco press books assured me that i am in the right direction as Internetworking needs curious innovative minds when it comes to efficiency. However, I felt a lack of theoretical background in Internetworking which led me to obtain my first master's degree in communication networking in 2014. As an enthusiast network engineer equipped with strong fundamental knowledge, i quickly got adapted to become an optical network engineer in 2016 by starting my professional career with one of the leading vendors in the optical network domain. I grew quickly from junior engineer to senior engineer by gaining enough hands-on experience within a year. During that time i participated in multiple metro and regional optical networking projects ranging from expansion and new installation to migration from legacy SDH/MSTP to OTN/MSOTN. After a while, i got appointed as the technical director and during this time i contributed to two projects starting from the early involvement phase to presenting proposal and project delivery.
