Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and debug various network-related problems involving Palo Alto Firewalls in customer networks.- Work with Palo Alto Networks partners as an escalation point to debug and troubleshoot their customers' problems.- Work with System Engineers and Professional Services to deliver proof of concepts to Palo Alto Networks customers.- Handling escalated and highly critical cases and work directly and closely with the engineering and development teams to drive the cases to resolution.- Work closely with the engineering team on replicating some of the complex issues to help them debug and resolve the issues in hand.- Being a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for GlobalProtect, User-ID, AppID and Layer7 related issues.- Acting as a mentor for the Tier 2 engineers and providing both technical and procedural guidance.- Getting involved in the hiring cycle by conducting candidate interviews.

Technical Team Lead for the Security/ VPN/ AAA team at Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) hosted by Estarta Solutions.Responsibilities:- Supervise the security team for both administrative and technical issues.- Acting as the main point of contact for all team and work related issues with other TAC centers all over the world.- Handle both admin and technical escalations in the team.- Organize and maintain the hiring and training cycles in the team and insure team stability.- Provide managerial assistance in the absence of the team manager and when required.

Working at Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) hosted by Estarta Solutions as a Senior Security/VPN Customer Support Engineer (CSE).Responsibilities:- Troubleshooting and resolving simple to complex network problems across a broad range of technologies for customers all over the world.- Simulate and recreate customer’s problems and compatibility issues in labs to find the resolution.- Provides technical guidance to TAC customers and Advanced Services.- Dealing with escalations internaly in the team.- Acting as a mentor for newly hired engineers and being their point of contact for any matter, technical or job handing related.- Provide basic networking, security and VPN training for the newly hired engineers.- Provide and relay core knowledge technology and advanced technology keywords training provided by the escalation team to other team members.- Participate in the interviewing system for hiring new TAC engineers.- Assist in the hiring cycle by participating in technical assessment sessions, and provide input to the managemnt on the technical abilities of the candidate(s).

As a part for the graduation, a filed training is required to get the BSc degree.As for my training, I worked in two major fields in STS commpany, which is one of the leading computer companies in Jordan.1- I worked for DELL department, in troubleshooting and maintaining all models of DELL laptops and Personal computers, as STS is the only partner for DELL in JordanOur main job was to test defected computers, including Laptops and PC's, comming from the customers to the company for maintenance.Our job was to troubleshoot and determine the defect in those devices and come up with a solution for the defect, weather it was a S/W or H/W defect.In case the defect was a S/W one, we were responsible or fixing the error, by re-installing the defected S/W again, or reconfigure the machine to be working again, in case of BIOS or registry errors.In case it was a H/W defect, we were responsible of determining what is the defect part, and order it form the mother company, and upon receiving the new part, it was our responsibility installing the new part, and testing it to insure it worked fine before delivering it to the customer again, and this applies to all the parts integrated in the Laptops and PC's.2-After completing the period in DELL department, I wanted more challenging work so I moved to Cisco Department in STS.Our main job was to design the network foundation for major Facilities, including Universities, Banks, Hospitals, Big industrial companies, Military organizations and much more.Also responsible for the installation and configuration of all types of Cisco devices for these networks, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls (PIX's and ASA's), Load Balancing devices, such as CSS and CSM, and others more.Also responsible of keeping these networks functioning as expected by maintaining those networks.Although it wasn't such a long period, but I got loads of experience from this stage.
