Unitary, VRV & DX Fresh Air Handling Units.

• As a Dealer Sales Engineer in DAIKIN, I am responsible of selling all DAIKIN's DX products (Split, Ducted Split, Packages, VRV & DX Fresh Air Handling Units)• Following DAIKIN's dealers and contractors. • Looking for new dealers by making visits to the contractors in the market and studying the company profile and the capability to make a good sales and growth. • Support the dealers in the sales process to achieve the agreed sales target.• Obtain new sales from non dealers contractors in the market. • Arrange the selection and installation training for the dealers in the training center. • Using selection softwares.• Arrange preparing the submittals and compliance statements of the projects. • Visiting the consultants to negotiate the technical details of the projects. • Study the projects in the market and arranging with the dealers to propose DAIKIN's equipment in the projects.• Achieve the agreed sales target.• Followup the delivery of the equipment. • Prepare weekly sales and visits reports.• Prepare monthly sales forecast. • Followup the outstanding orders in the system with the dealers and contractors to make sure the delivery will happen on the agreed time.

• As a sales engineer in PETRA, I was responsible of selling all PETRA's HVAC systems (Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Roof Top Package Units, VRV, Ducted Split Units) by dealing with contractors, clients and consultants to follow up the projects they have from the design stage to the order stage. • Achieve the agreed personal sales target. • Monitor the inquires of the clients. • Negotiate the terms of agreements with customers and closing of sales.• Review technical submittals and complaisance sheets before submit them to the consultants.• Follow up the contractors agreements and invoices. • Follow up the production of the projects, shipment and delivery.• Perform high quality customer service and sales activities.Make meetings with clients to understand his project details to make the correct design.• Solve client problems.• Developing visits for the customers.Arrange visits for the clients for their projects or for future sales to see the factory and the products which will install at his project and meet company managers. • Supervise the installation process at sites in some projects.For some projects installed by Petra, it is required to check that the installation dept. achieves the installation process as in the drawings.
