. Responsible for tendering, cost analyses and cost control.. Extend support to Estimation Engineer for offer preparation. . Verify the technical data of offers to ensure proper evaluation & costing Strategy.. Extend support for replying to customers technical queries.

● Responsible for managing and leading the contracts core with overall responsibility for establishing, providing significant strategic and tactical expertise for the deployed contracts organization. ● Responsible for analysis of technical data, preliminary specifications, and availability of suppliers, and equipment. Monitor suppliers' performance in regard to schedule, costs, quality, and other contractual compliance matters● Manage the cycle life of the tenders. ● Cost control and monitoring. ● Define project tasks and resource requirements● Assemble and coordinate project staff● Manage project budget and cost.● Manage project resource allocation● Provide direction and support to project team● Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects.● Implement and manage project change orders and interventions to achieve project outputs● Project evaluations and assessment of results● Provides engineering assistance to the Department Heads and Supervisors. ● Organizes work to ensure that it can be accomplished in a safe and efficient manner.● Dealing skillfully with a diverse range of clients, architects, other engineering professionals, and sub-contractors.● Monitoring the progress of construction work at sites and solving of project problems .● Dealing with the logistics of material supplies.
