This role entails ensure integrity of GE financial systems managing the supply chain processes (Buy to Pay, Source to Buy, Fleet Management, Customs and Travel & Living) and processes around taxes (Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax).Broad Functions:-Driving the tone at the top around risks – COSO risk management framework with specific focus on the Buy to Pay process; risk assessment and control design; Controller ship training, new policy implementation reviews; managing communication with the businesses, CAS, KPMG.-Support the Global Operations Finance ES Process and Regional Leaders in META by performing process and country specific Controller ship & Compliance risk assessment.-Provide Country specific inputs to global and regional risk management programs including scope & timing of Internal Control team reviews and Corporate Audit Staff audits.-Lunch a review on the WHT setup for the ERP’s for the countries under META region, apply the WHT deductions over the good/services according to the countries tax law.-Coordinate with process owners and drive closure of remediation actions around control gaps Identify and implement Simplification opportunities within the B2P process.-Participate in projects and/or regular tollgate reviews with the various META project teams where key Controller ship projects are in place.-Participate in transition process of the “outlier” legal or management entities into having rigorous processes and controls (especially important for recently acquired entities).-Coach and monitor deliverable s of team members to ensure output is of the right quality and knowledge is transferred.

Broad Functions:- Leading the B2P (AP) activities for Jordan Hub countries (6 countries).- Controlling and following up on vendor’s SOA and ensure payments on time.- Monitoring process KPIs and ensuring all matrixes numbers achieved.- Leading and performing new ERP enrollment in company (SSS Implementation).- Working with project team on data cleansing and setup requirements.- Providing full support in local requirement customization of the new ERP (local tax requirements).- Providing training and orientation for system users and ensuring proper handover to all.- Leading and managing remote team in KSA, and providing full support and knowledge transfer to them.
